Description
DualGard is a robust two-pipe snow guard system by S-5! designed for use on standing seam and corrugated metal roofs. It uses 1-inch diameter aluminum crossmembers (DualPipe) mounted via DualBrackets and S-5! Mini clamps or CorruBracket attachments. Optional DualClip components may be added under certain conditions to retard snow/ice migration under the bars. The system includes splices, collars, and endcaps for continuous pipe runs. It can be powder-coated or anodized to match roof finishes.

How To
- Determine roof type and panel profile (standing seam or corrugated).

Select required bracket type (Mini clamp bracket assembly or CorruBracket) and layout based on roof snow load using manufacturer’s calculator.

Install base clamps/brackets: attach Mini clamps or CorruBrackets according to spacing specification.

Insert DualPipe crossmembers through brackets and secure using provided splices for long runs.

Install end caps and collars at ends of runs; install DualClips beneath crossmembers if seam height threshold is met.

Tighten all setscrews and bolts to manufacturer’s torque specifications; inspect alignment and anchorage.
