Damaged or Missing Items

  • Shortage and/or damage claims must be recorded and reported at the time of delivery in order to have a valid claim against a carrier.
  • If a damage or shortage is found, please refuse the shipment or mark the carrier’s paperwork properly to indicate damage and complete our Returns & Claims form.
  • Damage claims and shortages will be denied if damage is not reported at the time of delivery.


  • All returns must be processed within 30 days of shipment with prior authorization.
