Lucas #777 Rubberized Flashing Cement is a premium grade trowel applied flashing cement used to Install, Repair, or Rebuild Roof Flashing at parapet walls, gravel stops, stacks, vents, monitors, and similar applications. #777 may be used with Polyester fabric reinforcement for permanent repairs to asphalt and modified bitumen roof. This product may be applied to wet and underwater surfaces
APPLICATION
The surface must be clean and debris free to be repaired. Apply rubberized flashing cement evenly with a pointed roofers trowel or gloved hand. #777 should be applied 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch thick and may be reinforced with Polyester fabric to strengthen the repair. When making a permanent repair to a blister, open the area and allow it to dry thoroughly. In order to adhere to wet surfaces, apply the product in one direction with sufficient force to displace the water from underneath

Contains petroleum distillates, keep away from heat and open flames. Avoid prolonged contact with or inhalation of solvent fumes. A NIOSH approved respirator with organic vapor cartridges is recommended. Do not take internally if swallowed, do not induce to vomiting. Contact medical personnel immediately
