OMG - PaceCart Pro15 Adhesive Pump Cart for OlyBond Roofing Adhesives

The OMG PaceCart Pro15 is a high-output adhesive dispensing cart designed for commercial roofing crews installing insulation with OMG OlyBond adhesives. The Pro15 is built to handle both 5-gallon Bag-in-Box adhesive packaging and 15-gallon drums, giving contractors more flexibility on larger roofing jobs without needing a separate drum conversion kit.

This cart uses variable-speed pumps to help control adhesive output and keep production moving across the roof. It is designed for use with OMG OlyBond insulation adhesive and supports long hose runs for larger work areas, helping reduce how often crews need to move the cart during installation. The PaceCart Pro15 is also built with jobsite handling in mind, including flat-free tires, built-in lift points, hose storage features, and an expanded generator shelf for cord-free mobility.

During application, OlyBond insulation adhesive is dispensed in 12-inch on-center bands for fast, consistent coverage. After dispensing, the adhesive expands approximately 3/4" to 1" above the substrate so insulation boards can be placed into the adhesive and walked into position for full contact. OlyBond chemically cures in approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on temperature and jobsite conditions.
