    How To

    • Select the appropriate harness size (GHS through GHX) based on weight and waist belt length.
    • Slip the harness on by inserting arms into shoulder straps and positioning the backpad and waistbelt.
    • Buckle the quick-connect chest strap and adjust until it lies comfortably across the chest.
    • Buckle the chest and leg straps using the quick-connect mechanisms, adjusting each to a snug but comfortable fit.
    • Connect lanyard or SRL to the dorsal D-ring, and use side D-rings for work positioning as needed.
    • Inspect webbing, buckles, D-rings, indicators, and stitching before each use for signs of damage.
