Description
The S-5! T Mini Clamp is a compact version of the S-5-T Clamp, designed for use on “T”-shaped standing seam roof profiles with horizontal seam dimension up to about 1.30 inches. It also fits architectural single-fold or angle-seam/horizontal seam profiles with projections of 5/8 inch (≈ 15 mm) or less. The clamp is non-penetrating, using a single round-point Torx-T30 stainless steel setscrew to grip the seam without piercing it, preserving roof finish and warranty. The “Mini” version is shorter, omits the accessory bolt, and is intended for lighter roof attachments such as conduit, signage, lighting, and similar rooftop hardware.

How To
- Verify roof seam profile: T-shaped seam ≤ 1.30″ or angle/single-fold seam ≤ 0.625″.

Insert clamp insert piece into the base of the seam.

Place clamp body over the seam, aligned with the insert.

Thread the round-point Torx-T30 setscrew by hand until clamp seats.

Tighten setscrew to manufacturer torque specification.

Inspect after weather cycles and re-tighten if needed.
