Description
The S-5! K Grip Clamp is a specialized seam clamp made for metal roofs with bulb or snap-together profiles such as KlipLok, Klip-Rib, SpeedDeck, Mirage, and similar panel types. It includes side-bolts instead of traditional setscrews to prevent roof damage and over-compression. Inserts (sold separately) allow matching the specific rib dimensions of different profiles. The clamp’s mounting bolt sits directly at the center of the seam to reduce moment arm and improve load resistance. A Mini version is offered for lighter applications.

How To
- Identify the roof profile and choose the appropriate insert that matches rib dimensions.

Place the insert under the rib shoulder and snap it into position inside the clamp body.

Position the clamp over the seam so the mounting bolt hole aligns over the peak of the seam.

Tighten the flanged-head base bolts at the clamp base until they seat flush; do not overtighten.

Install any accessory using the top mounting bolt.
