Description
The OMG PaceCart 15-Gallon Conversion Kit (OBPC15KIT) equips a PaceCart to dispense OlyBond500 insulation adhesive from two 15-gallon drums. The system uses dedicated Part 1 and Part 2 drum cradles, product-flow components, gravity hoses, and color-coded connections to maintain proper separation between the two adhesive components.
The kit includes the frame, drum cradles, pivot assembly, side arms, gravity hoses, quick connects, product pipes, desiccant components, drum vents, installation hardware, and other components needed for the conversion. PaceCart 3 installations also use supplied replacement pump fittings to provide the proper adhesive flow path.

Installation Overview
Installation begins by preparing the Part 1 and Part 2 drums with the supplied air vents, product-flow pipes, connections, and desiccant components. The conversion-kit main frame is then positioned on the PaceCart adhesive tray and mechanically secured to the cart.
After the side arms, pivot shaft, and drum cradles are installed, each drum is secured in its corresponding cradle and rotated into operating position. The supplied gravity hoses are then connected to the product-flow pipes. PaceCart 3 units require the existing 90-degree gravity-hose pump fittings to be replaced with the supplied straight fittings to provide the proper flow path for OlyBond500.
