Super Anchor Safety 6515-CA - 2-D Lanyard w/ Aluminum Twist Lock Carabiners

After many requests, Super Anchor developed a twin lanyard that allows workers to use the side D-rings on their harnesses for work positioning. This lanyard is specified for use as a Fall Restraint or Work Positioning device only. Do not use for Fall Arrest, vertical suspension, window-washing or rescue. We offer 6 different models all made with 3/16” wire rope, steel thimbles and connector “O” ring. All unites are hand-made in our factory in Monroe WA using state of the art swaging equipment. Accepts/Supplied with ANSI 3,600-pound gate strength connectors.

Q Question: How do I connect and use the aluminum twist-lock carabiners safely?
A: Attach each carabiner to a compatible, rated anchorage or connector with the spine aligned to the load. Keep gates fully closed/auto-locked, connect only one hook per D-ring, and avoid side loading or tri-axial loading.

Q Question: Can I tie back to the lanyard or use it on sharp or leading edges?
A: No—do not tie back to its own webbing unless the product is specifically rated for tie-back (this model is not). Protect against sharp edges and do not use for leading-edge applications.

Q Question: What inspections and care are required before use?
A: Before each use, check webbing, stitching, labels, and the carabiners’ auto-lock/snap-back. Remove from service if there’s deformation, cracks, corrosion, cuts, or after any significant impact/drop. Clean with mild soap and water, air-dry, and store dry away from UV and chemicals.
