The WUKO Lock’n’Roller 1040/1042 is a manual tool for closing single-lock standing seams on metal roofing and sheet metal profiles. It closes the profile in both directions and uses an eccentric lever with disc springs so pressure can be adjusted as needed for a clean, controlled seam.
The tool can be removed from the seam at any time by relieving pressure, helping reduce the chance of scratching the material. It includes ergonomic handholds above and on both sides of the tool, stainless steel forming rollers, a rope-tying device, and a carrying case.
