• Position the dispenser on a level surface near your flashing coil; use the built-in handle for transport and stabilize the unit to prevent rolling. 
• Open the cover, load the coil (12–14 in width) inside the cage, install the 1″ spacer clips if required for the coil width, and wrap the UV-protected bungee cord around the coil to hold it in place. 
• Feed the flashing end through the dispensing slot; close the cover, ensure the sharp edge is beneath the cover, and use the built-in cutting edge to make a straight cut of the required length. 
• After cutting, rewind the leftover end safely beneath the cover so the sharp edge is contained, lock the cover, and advance the coil slightly to position for the next cut. 
• At the end of the job, secure the coil, close the cover, clean any metal shavings from the unit, inspect the bungee cord for wear, and store the dispenser in a dry place to prolong service life.
