Description
The Bilco NB-20VM is a 30-inch by 54-inch VersaMount roof hatch designed for ship stair access. It is intended for retrofit over an existing curb, eliminating the need to remove roofing membrane. The hatch uses galvanized steel construction with a low-profile curb, built-in apron, anchor clip system, 1″ (25 mm) concealed fiberglass insulation in cover and curb, overlapping flange, fully welded corners, EPDM gasket, compression spring operators, slam latch with interior/exterior handles, and a hold-open arm.
