Description
Pretreatment to all types of roofs prior to power washing. Lucas #115 is a detergent intended for application to all types of roofs prior to power washing. #115 lifts dirt and grease from the surface of the roof including small pores and irregularities. Lucas 115 cleaner is a concentrated blend of alkaline cleaners, surfactants and biocides intended for the cleaning and preparation of roofs prior to application of various roof coatings.
APPLICATION
Mix one part Lucas #115 with four parts water. Over or under dilution will affect performance. Apply with a garden type sprayer in sufficient quantity so as to wet out the surface for a minimum of 15 minutes without drying. The primer should then be thoroughly power washed from the roof, a final clean water rinse is recommended. Although all efforts have been made to reduce the effect, this product will cause the roof surface to become more slippery. All necessary precautions should be taken by the applicator to avoid injury.
CAUTION
Avoid prolonged contact with skin or fumes. This is a highly alkaline material. Wear appropriate protective clothing including rubber gloves and safety goggles. If irritation occurs, flush with water and seek medical attention. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Keep out of reach of children. Read MSDS prior to use.
