How To
- Select the BCTS59 model and verify it matches the existing pipe size (4-7/8″ to 5-1/4″).

Clean and prepare the drain sleeve and roof membrane area.

Test fit the drain in the sleeve before removing the restraint from the expanding tape.

Remove the restraint and insert the drain so the expanding seal fills the sleeve gap.

Seat the 18-inch flange flat against the roofing surface.

Attach the 10-inch ABS clamping ring and bolt in the 10-inch polyethylene strainer.

Flash the flange in accordance with the roofing membrane manufacturer’s requirements.
