Description

  • The S-5! CF Tab is a component in the GRIPPERFIX utility mounting system used with standing seam metal roof panels. It interlocks into the Gripper Strut (GF-26 or GF-52) and secures to either regular S-5! seam clamps or mini seam clamps via M8 flange washer nuts and M8-1.5 ×16 mm flange bolts. The Tab is made from prime Series 6000 aluminum and features a slotted hole for position adjustment. It does not include the clamp hardware or bolts, which must be purchased separately.

How To

  • Select the appropriate Gripper Strut (GF-26 or GF-52) and position on roof seams.
  • Slide CF Tabs into the channel of the Gripper Strut, with the slotted hole oriented upward.
  • Align each Tab over the S-5! seam clamp or mini clamp below.
  • Insert M8-1.5 × 16 mm flange washer bolt through Tab and clamp mounting hole.
  • Secure with M8 flange washer nut; ensure everything is tightened evenly.
  • Check alignment and positional flexibility; adjust via slotted bolt hole if needed.
