ChemLink Pro Pack Urethane Pourable Sealant is a two-component, self-leveling urethane sealant used in roofing applications that require a pourable, flexible waterproof seal. When mixed, the components cure into a tough, rubber-like mass that resists weather, water, and many chemicals. Pro Pack is used in horizontal applications such as pitch pans, penetration seals, and to bridge transitions between different roof materials.
This kit includes Part A and Part B hardener and is supplied for pour-in-place sealing where a fluid, self-leveling urethane is preferred. It bonds well to many construction materials and does not shrink after application.

INSTALLATION
Bonding surfaces should be clean, dry and free from all contamination that may inhibit the sealant’s performance. Remove all previously applied caulk, mastic, cement, asphalt, and other contaminants from penetrations with a wire brush. Brush away all gravel or loose granules. Isopropyl alcohol is an effective cleaner for surface preparation. Please contact customer service for application guidelines with temperatures below 32°F (0°C). Do not use on TPO without the use of TPO primer. Do not use on Hypalon. Smooth APP membranes require a granulated target. Material shall be kept at room temperature for 24 hours before mixing. Mix Part A and Part B (7 : 1 by volume) for a minimum of 5 minutes, making sure the pourable sealer is a uniform black color.
