The S-5! PVKIT 2.0 EdgeGrab Standard provides a perimeter module mounting solution without rails. Designed for metal roofs (standing seam, exposed fastener, corrugated), it comes with broadened grab ears, a multidirectional bonding disk with aggressive grounding teeth, the Module Placement Bevel Guide, and hardware preassembled to save install time. Compatible with S-5! Mini Clamps or brackets, PVKIT attaches modules with frames 30-46 mm thick. UL-2703 listed; fewer ground lugs and wire ties needed when installed per spec.

How To
Select proper S-5! Mini Clamp or Bracket for your roof profile.
Mount clamp or bracket following its manufacturer instructions.
Place the PVKIT mounting disk onto the clamp or bracket.
Position the EdgeGrab component on the module edge and align using the Module Placement Bevel Guide.
Tighten the hardware to the specified torque to ensure the grab ears engage frame and bonding disk teeth engage.
Use wire tie-off slots if needed; ensure a clean, flush finish at panel edges.
