Description
The Bilco L-50TB is a thermally broken Type L roof hatch sized 30″×96″ with aluminum cover and curb construction. It features approximately R-18 polyisocyanurate insulation in the cover and curb, EPDM gasket, a beaded overlapping flange design, and fully welded corners to provide weather tightness and energy efficiency. The hatch is reinforced for a 40 psf live load and includes compression spring operators, stainless steel hinges, slam latch with interior/exterior handles, and an automatic hold-open arm.
