Description
The Bilco L-20VM is a VersaMount Type L roof hatch sized 30″×96″ designed for replacement over existing curbs without re-roofing. It includes a low-profile curb with built-in flange and apron and an anchor clip system for quick, weather-tight installation. The cover and curb are insulated, with overlapping design, welded corners, EPDM gasket, spring-assisted lift and secure latching hardware for safe and durable performance.
