    Description

This kit includes a 50-foot heated hose bundle comprising A-side, B-side, and an air line, paired with a 10′ insulated whip and a single-channel digital temperature controller. The hoses use a 3/8″ internal diameter and feature color-coded red and blue lines for easy identification. The system supports spray foam adhesive work, operating up to 2,000 PSI with precise temperature control between 80 °F and 120 °F.

    Key features:

    • 50′ heated A + B + air line hose bundle
    • 10′ insulated whip included
    • Digital PID temperature controller (80 °F – 120 °F)
    • Rated for up to 2,000 psi pressure
    • Multi-strand copper heating elements for durability

    How To

    • Unpack the kit and verify all components: 50-ft heated hose bundle (A-side, B-side, air-line), 10-ft insulated whip hoses, and the digital temperature control module.
    • Connect the hoses to your plural-component dispensing system: attach the A-side hose (typically red scuff jacket) to the A-material outlet, the B-side hose (blue scuff jacket) to the B-material outlet, and connect the air-line hose accordingly.
    • Plug the temperature control module into a 120 V outlet and set the target fluid temperature (recommended range 80 °F – 120 °F). Ensure the heating circuit is functioning and the hose bundle reaches set-point before spraying.
    • Prime and purge the hoses ensuring fluid flows smoothly without air pockets, the bundle is fully uncoiled, and no kinks exist. Then begin spraying, monitoring fluid temperature and pressure throughout the run.
    • After use, shut down the system: relieve pressure, turn off the heater, drain or purge residuals as required, inspect hoses for wear or damage, and store the bundle coiled in a dry protected area until next job.

    FAQs

Q: Why is a heated hose bundle required for two-part spray-foam adhesive systems?
A: The heated hose maintains the adhesive components at optimal temperature and viscosity, improving consistent flow and spray quality.

Q: What is the internal diameter and pressure rating of the A and B hoses in this kit?
A: The A and B hoses are 3/8″ ID and rated for up to 2,000 psi.

Q: What temperature range can the system hold and why does that matter?
A: The system holds fluid temperatures from about 80 °F to 120 °F, ensuring the adhesive remains within optimal spray application parameters.

Q: Can I add more hose length to this kit if I need greater reach?
    A: Yes — the manufacturer offers a 50-ft heated hose extension bundle to increase total reach to 100 ft if required. }

Q: What routine checks should I perform to maintain this heated hose system?
A: Inspect the outer jacket for damage, verify temperature readings before use, check hose fittings for leaks, ensure the bundle is uncoiled before heating, and avoid power-on when hoses are empty.
