Description
The Bilco NB-50VM is a 30-inch by 54-inch aluminum VersaMount roof hatch designed to replace damaged hatches without removing roofing membrane. It has a low-profile curb with built-in flange and apron, an anchor clip system, and a fully insulated cover and curb with EPDM gasket. Lift is assisted by compression springs, and it includes an automatic hold-open arm, slam latch with interior and exterior handles, padlock hasps, and is constructed with welded corners and weather-tight build.
