The Bilco S-50VM is a 36-inch by 30-inch VersaMount roof hatch designed for replacement over existing curbs. It features an aluminum cover and curb with 1″ concealed fiberglass insulation, a low-profile curb incorporating a built-in flange and apron, and an anchor clip system for watertight installation. Operation is enhanced by compression spring operators, an automatic hold-open arm, and a positive slam latch with interior and exterior handles and padlock hasps for reliable security.
