Description
The BlueWater SafetyRail 2000 galvanized system provides a modular, non-penetrating rooftop guardrail solution using galvanized steel rails, weighted bases, locking pins, and protective pads. Rails connect to bases via a positive locking pin system, and the bases include EPDM pads to protect roof membranes. The system supports setup without drilling, making it suitable for both temporary and long-term installations.

How To
- Position base units across the roof layout where guardrail support is required.

Place EPDM pads beneath bases for roof membrane protection.

Insert rail sections (5′, 7.5′, 8′, or 10′) into the base ports in desired orientations.

Secure each rail section by inserting locking pin 100076 through the slot of the base port.

Continue installing rails and bases until the full guardrail run is built, with proper connections and alignment.
