How To
- Select the correct model: 4″ face with 8 tines or 7″ face with 14 tines, based on the width of the roofing material.
- Position the tined bar flat against the roofing surface where nails are embedded and the material needs removal. Ensure the surface is stabilized.
- Drive the aggressive tines into the material with forward pressure so they engage the substrate and grab roofing layers along with nails.
- While maintaining downward pressure, pull the bar backward to lift nails and roofing material simultaneously, avoiding damage to the deck underneath.
- Continue across the roof in overlapping passes until all material is removed; inspect and clean the tool after use to maintain performance.
