Description
This lightweight, compact riveter features a slim nose projection, allowing it to reach any workspace. It comes with four rivet nosepieces—3/32”, 1/8”, 5/32”, and 3/16″—stored in the handle. Perfect for blind riveting in aluminum windows, gutters, and downspouts, but not suitable for 5/32″ or 3/16″ steel rivets (those larger than 3.2 mm). Spring return handles and a comfortable contoured grip make for fast and easy operation. Simply open the handles, insert the rivet into the tool until the flange touches the nosepiece, then squeeze the handles slightly to let the jaws grip the rivet mandrel. Insert the rivet into the pre-drilled workpiece and squeeze the handles until the mandrel snaps. Release the handles, and the mandrel will drop out of the front end of the tool when tilted.
With rugged steel construction, a black paint finish, and a comfortable vinyl grip, this tool is built to last. The secure handle latch makes it easy to fit in a pouch or pocket.
