John’s 27+ years of experience give him a practical, hands-on perspective. After getting his start as a diesel mechanic in the Marine Corps, he understands what it takes to keep crews, equipment, and jobs running smoothly.

Kyle combines nearly two decades of sales and technical support experience with a high-energy approach to helping customers solve problems and find the right products.

Scott has built more than 22 years of hands-on fastener industry experience, giving him a deep understanding of the products, applications, and details customers rely on every day.

Matt Sherman brings 17+ years of hands-on construction experience along with a decade in sales, making him a reliable partner for contractors who need support across commercial and residential work.

Mike Bates has spent 25+ years in fastener and construction supply, bringing product knowledge, steady support, and a true partnership approach to the customers he serves.

Conner helps lead the inside sales team and supports communication across the department. He works closely with outside sales, helps keep the team organized, and plays an important role in making sure customers get timely, reliable support.

Mike brings a friendly, helpful approach to inside sales. He helps customers get pointed in the right direction, answers order and product questions, and makes the buying process easier whenever customers need support.

Nick supports customers with a strong understanding of sealants, adhesives, and fasteners, while continuing to build his knowledge of rooftop equipment. He brings great communication, kindness, and a customer-first attitude that people appreciate when they call in.

Jeff supports customers with web orders and has been with Big Rock Supply long enough to understand what customers need when they reach out. He knows how online orders move through the system and helps customers get clear answers quickly.

Christian supports web order processing and inside sales, helping customers get the information and ordering support they need. He is also part of our Spanish-speaking support team, helping customers communicate clearly and confidently.
