Milcor Saf-T-Rail (MSTR) is a retrofit safety railing system designed to upgrade existing roof hatches to current OSHA fall protection standards. The railing uses telescoping side rails and gates made of structural aluminum square tubing, finished in safety yellow powder coat for visibility. It fits a range of hatch sizes for ladder, ship stair, or service stair access depending on model; meets guardrail height requirements and supports substantial force loads.

- Determine which MSTR model covers the hatch’s curb’s outside dimensions.

Position corner brackets around hatch curb and align slotted holes.

Secure corner brackets with bolts, clip-on nuts or flange nuts.
