• Power off your plural-component system and relieve all system pressure. Ensure all hoses are cool and disconnected before adding the extension. 
• Lay out the existing heated hose A + B + air-line bundle flat and flatly uncoil the extension hose bundle alongside it in the correct footprint. Match the color coded jackets (e.g., red scuff guard) and confirm correct orientation of A-side, B-side and air line. 
• Connect the extension’s three lines into the matching ends of the starter bundle using the manufacturer-approved coupling/joint kit. Tighten fittings, ensure the thermocouple or temperature sensor harness is connected if required, and verify continuity of the heating circuit. 
• Reconnect power/volt supply to the heating control module and set the target fluid temperature. Pre-heat the entire bundle (starter + extension) until the A and B fluid lines reach the specified operating temperature range (e.g., 80 °F-120 °F) before beginning operations. 
• After job completion: Power down heating, relieve pressure, bleed or purge the system as per your machine’s instructions, inspect the extension bundle for damage (scuff guard, fittings, insulation), coil loosely for storage and keep it off direct ground contact to prolong lifespan.
