It spans three trusses, locks in with stainless detent pins, and automatically gauges trusses at 24" on center. FAQs

    • Q: When should this anchor be used during construction?
A: During the open-framing phase, before roof sheathing is installed. Remove it prior to sheathing and switch to permanent anchors for ongoing work.
    • Q: How should it be positioned across the trusses for best performance?
A: Span three adjacent wood trusses and fully seat the bar on the top chords. Insert the stainless detent pins through the correct holes per the instructions, and make sure the truss system is properly braced before anyone ties off.
    • Q: What connectors and lifelines are acceptable with this anchor?
A: Use ANSI-compliant PFAS components—locking snap hooks or carabiners—with either an energy-absorbing lanyard or a self-retracting lifeline. Do not rig horizontal lifelines unless a qualified person/engineer has designed the system.
    • Q: Can this be used as structural bracing or to pull trusses into alignment?
A: No. It’s a personal fall arrest anchorage only. Do not use it to align, brace, hoist, or lift trusses or materials.
