Recommend after using 0.625" tip and it feels a little messy, or runny. This will help constrict that loose material a small amount delivering a more consistent "dollop" every time with less material wasted. Often used during the heat of the day when material heats up and becomes looser. As always take the tip out to draw material then twist the tip back in 4 or 5 revolutions (No need to over tighten).

Great for butter grades, Fastener grade mastics. Often the second choice for sealing fasteners if the .47 tip feels to slow or having to push too hard. Take the tip out to draw the material, screw it back in (4-5 turns) and you are ready to seal some leaky fasteners. If the material you are using feels too messy with this tip, consider trying the smaller .47" tip.
