Description
The Bilco S-50 is a 36-inch by 30-inch Type S roof hatch designed for fixed interior ladder access. It features an overlapping, brake-formed hollow-metal cover with 1″ concealed fiberglass insulation and fully insulated curb. It includes EPDM gasket, corrosion-resistant hardware, compression spring lift assistors, and an automatic hold-open arm. Cover and frame are available in aluminum (11 gauge) or galvanized steel (14 gauge), giving durability and weather tightness.
