ChemLink NovaLink 35 Elastomeric Sealant is a moisture-curing, multi-purpose construction sealant formulated for use in a range of climate conditions, including damp, dry, and cold environments. It is designed to bond to common building materials and provide durable joint sealing with elastomeric performance that accommodates movement.

This product is sold as a case of 24 tubes and can be applied with standard sealant tools. The formula is solvent-free, does not shrink after curing, and resists discoloration when exposed to UV light.

Bonding surfaces should be clean, dry and free from all contamination that may inhibit the sealant’s performance. Isopropyl alcohol is an effective cleaner for surface preparation. Install all joint applications per ASTM and SWRI recommendations and guidelines. Please contact customer service for application guidelines for temperatures below 32 degrees F (0 degrees C). Maintain sealant at room temperature before application to ensure adequate tooling and adhesion. This product sets rapidly upon exposure to moisture.

A: Yes. It’s formulated to resist UV-related discoloration, commonly referred to as “sun tanning.
