This is a "zero penetration" guard-rail system that meets OSHA requirements for rooftop openings. Safety Rail System will not damage the roof's base flashing or void your roof warranty by drilling into the curb or applying heavy iron bases on the completed roof system surface.

Designed to meet OSHA requirements for safe egress and ingress through rooftop hatch openings while hatch is in use. A fixed railing system that provides permanent fall protection around RoofTop openings, skylights, or fire vents. The innovative clamping base system, top rails, mid rails, and chain or swinging gate. All parts are factory pre-finished galvanized with safety yellow powder coat finish and a full system material warranty.

Safety Rail System is constructed of 1 5/8" OD A53 Grade B seamed galvanized steel pipe, with high visibility safety yellow powder-coat. Zinc plated 3/16" ASTM proof coil chain, hoops, rings, nuts, bolts, and washers, as required. Railing Clamps RoofTop Accessories model number RTA 02 preset welded clamp, or as required.

Roof Hatch Railing System is available for all brands and sizes of roof hatch, smoke vents, or skylights. Installs in minutes with basic tools we provide and does not require special training or certification for a proper installation. Installation is so simple a 5-year-old can do it (see picture above).

Installation:
Field customized to fit existing conditions or as specified herein.

Set curb framing gasket around roof opening, tighten to fit curb.

Add the four corner posts into receiver and bolt frame.

Install cross rails into preset clamps and level adjust as required.

Add chain or gate as specified by manufacturer. Installation is so simple a 5-year-old can do it (see picture above).

Warranty: RoofTop Accessories shall provide a full system material warranty necessary to cover all cost of repair and/or replacement of all components of the systems against defects in manufacturing for the period of seven (7) years. Warranty will not include Acts of God, vandalism, neglect, metal finish, or improper installation.
