    Details

Our customers are growing attached to the D handled version of our 6127 tool, and we've had multiple requests for a Demo Eater D handled. We're introducing the 8130 D handled version of the 8126 tool. They are individually made, so lengths may vary up to 1".

Because of our product improvements, many roofers are considering these models the "new and improved" Shingle Eater. This multipurpose tool is perfect for remodeling or renovation projects. It does weigh close to 8 1/2 lbs due to the additional steel, welding, and comfortable D grip, but the weight is well-balanced at the footplate; you won't be lifting it with every stroke but sliding the tool along the roof deck or plywood surface to get the best prying leverage. The comfortable D handle is over 6" wide for big hands.

    • Wide D-shaped Steel grip
    • 53"-54" Handle, 10 Teeth
    • Reinforced Fulcrum, 90* Angle
    • Remodeling and repair jobs

    Overview

The Demo Eater™ evolved from contractor requests to reinforce the original Shingle Eater tool for additional applications. Pantent Pending, this tool is manufactured with a high yield welded pipe for durability, and features a reinforced fulcrum and strike plate.

Demo Eaters™ are available in two sizes. The larger sized tool offers the longest handle on the market, and provides maximum tolerance when tearing out sub-floors, plywood, or removing wallboard. The smaller tool provides great leverage for removing sections of tile.

The manufacturing facility is equipped with state of the art machinery and quality control procedures, ensuring that each and every customer receives a quality-crafted tool that will provide years of trouble-free service. All Shingle Eater products are thoroughly field-tested in-house, and by independent, outside contractors before being introduced to the market.

Shingle Eater strives to produce only the highest quality, 100% American-made products, and deliver them to you with our complete guarantee of satisfaction.

All Shingle Eater products are custom molded, heat-treated and welded, then prepared for shipping. All components of their tools are proudly manufactured in the USA.
