    Description

For the repair of typical wet and leaking cracks that pose no structural risk to the foundation. Repairs up to 20 feet of concrete cracks in poured foundation walls. This kit comes with all the components necessary to complete the task, including Premium Polyurethane Foam. When Polyurethane Foam reacts with water, it expands up to 20-30 times its original size. This expansion seals out water and creates a dry, safe environment.

All repairs are done from inside the basement.

No need for concrete drilling or outside excavation. Deep penetrating foam infiltrates foundation cracks and seals them for good.

    Kit Components

    • Four single tubes of Premium Polyurethane Foam (enough material to inject up to 3/8" wide by 20 foot long crack) -- use with a standard caulk gun (caulk gun not included)
    • Four jars of Surface Seal and Port Adhesive (1 jar 8 oz. Part A, 1 jar 8 oz. Part B) -- Cures in about 2 to 4 hours and stays on the wall after injection
    • 27 surface ports and caps
    • Four 3/8" x 24 mixers
    • Two injection hose assembly
    • One wire brush
    • Two mixing sticks
    • One drop cloth
    • One plastic trowel/Putty knife

Also included are additional rubber gloves, safety glasses, step-by-step instructional video and written instructions with complete product data and MSDS information.

    Required Tools (not included)
: A standard caulk gun and a paper plate or scrap cardboard for mixing Surface Seal.

    Additional Information

If your basement cracks are already leaking, now is the time to repair them to avoid further water damage and possible mold growth. When it comes to crack repair, caulk or hydraulic cement do not last. Caulk will eventually lose adhesion and peel. Hydraulic cement does not adhere well to concrete and because it is very rigid and the natural movement of concrete will cause it to separate and leak. Both methods are temporary “Band-Aids” only.

Don't waste your time or money. Our low-pressure Foundation Crack Repair Kits make crack repair easy and inexpensive. Already used by thousands of homeowners and contractors, our crack injection method will fill the entire depth and length of the crack and stopping water leaks permanently!

NO NEED TO EXCAVATE – Save serious money by repairing the crack from the inside.

NO DRILLING REQUIRED – The low-pressure injection method eliminates the need for drilling.

SUITABLE FOR HAIRLINE CRACKS – Low viscosity urethane is suitable even for the repair of hairline cracks.

NO SPECIAL TOOLS REQUIRED – The kits come complete. You just need a standard caulking gun to inject.

Two-component injection polymers are used by practically all contractors because they provide a superior crack repair that will last forever. No special skills are required - just a little bit of patience on your end. Did you know that cheaper kits use single-component, hydrophilic foams that absorb water but eventually crumble after repeated drying? Once injected, our proprietary, two-component polyurethane expands forcefully to fill the entire crack with hydrophobic foam that repels water and WILL NOT BREAK DOWN, as proven over many years. Your foundation crack will never leak again because water cannot get into it.

Which Kit Should You Use. Polyurethane or Epoxy Injection?
FOR MOST POURED CONCRETE FOUNDATION REPAIRS - USE POLYURETHANE!– Most basement cracks are non-structural, have already stabilized and just need stopping or preventing water leaks. They are typically vertical, less than 1/4", and many start in the corner of a window. There should be no signs of movement (such as a "vee" where the crack is larger at the top than the bottom). Such cracks are best repaired with expanding polyurethane polymer... Its flexibility allows for easier injection into foundation cracks. The real benefit is its expansion ability. As the two-part polyurethane reacts inside the crack (the addition of water inside the crack will also benefit the reaction of the polyurethane), it expands 20-30 times its original size throughout the crack, literally moving throughout the crack, filling any void areas which previously had allowed water leakage.

For structural cracks, we recommend injection with epoxy for its added bonding strength. Horizontal cracks in the foundation, or wall cracks wider than a quarter of an inch are general hints that the crack may be structural. When the foundation's structural integrity is compromised by either a large/wide crack or the buildup of multiple cracks within the same area, the added strength of epoxy injection is necessary. With the injection of epoxy into a foundation crack, the result is a repaired crack with concrete that is bonded together, and now significantly stronger than the existing foundation wall.
