Description
The OMG AccuTrac System provides the lowest installed cost for mechanical insulation attachment. This simple and easy-to-operate tool minimizes operator fatigue as it eliminates the constant bending-over method of fastening. In one step, the insulation plate is placed in position by the AccuTrac tool as the laborer drives the fastener, eliminating the need for one laborer (where normally two would be required), thereby increasing productivity 50%.
- The depth adjustment ring eliminates over-driving and under-driving of fasteners while providing consistent vertical alignment, ensuring maximum thread engagement and pullout performance.
- For versatility, the AccuTrac tool handles two types of plates: a flat bottom plate for hard-boards and counter sunk plates for normal applications, while the universal drive shaft accepts Hex and Phillips driver bits.
- The anti-jam feeder tube reduces jamming cause by double-feeding fasteners.
- Chances of downtime are greatly reduced.
