    ChemLink M-1 Structural Adhesive Sealant is a moisture-cure, multi-purpose adhesive and sealant used for bonding and sealing a variety of construction materials. It forms a durable, elastomeric, waterproof bond suitable for conditions where structural adhesion and weather resistance are required.

    This 10.1 oz cartridge is designed for use with a standard caulking gun and is formulated to apply effectively in damp, dry, and cold climates. The solvent-free, polyether formula is capable of accommodating joint movement and can be used in a range of common construction and roofing applications.

    INSTALLATION:

    Bonding surfaces must be clean and free from dirt, oil and debris. If surfaces require cleaning, wire brush or use alcohol. Do not apply less than 40F. 50F+ recommended for application and cure. See data sheet for detailed instructions.

    CURE:

    Cures tack free in 35-45 minutes. Cures complete in 3 to 7 days depending on temperature, humidity and thickness. Higher temperatures and moisture accelerates the curing cycle.

    LIMITATIONS:

    • Do not use on Kynar finished metal roofing (Use Duralink)
    • Service Temperature: -40F to +200F continuous
    • Less than 1/2" thickness recommended
    • 1/4" and greater joint width recommended
    • Do not apply over silicone sealants
