    EternaBond EternaPrime is a solvent-based surface conditioner formulated for use when surfaces are oxidized, dirty, or difficult to clean, or when installation temperatures are below 40°F. It coalesces loose particles into a solid surface ready for tape adhesion and enhances bond performance under cold or dusty conditions. This primer is VOC-exempt in its brush-on version and compatible with most EternaBond tapes.
