HOW DOES THE RAPTOR RESCUE SYSTEM WORK?
The Raptor Rescue System is design to lower or raise a fallen worker to a safe area so medical treatment can be administered. After a fall has occurred, lower the Engagement Arm Lock into position and release the cable lowering to the fallen worker. Once the cable has been properly attached you may begin to lower or raise the worker. One man can work the winch simply because of it 5 to 1 gear reduction.
NOTE – AES Raptor LLC, recommend that a fallen worker is lowered to the ground whenever possible.

No, the Raptor Rescue System was designed to be used for rescue purposes only. The winch and its components are only rated for personnel hoisting with the capacity of 310 pounds.
IS THE WINCH REMOVABLE?
Yes, the winch is designed with a quick release to allow you to store the winch in the job box away from weather and theft.
