Description
EternaPrime is used when surfaces to be bonded are very dirty, oxidized, dusty, or when installation temperature will be below 40 °F. It coalesces loose particles into a solid platform for adhesion of EternaBond tapes. The brush-on version is VOC exempt.

How To
- Clean the surface by removing loose rust, scale, dust, talc, dirt and other debris.

Remove oil, grease or other contaminants using a suitable solvent cleaner.

Apply EternaPrime using a brush, roller or spray on the prepared surface when ambient temperature is below 40 °F or when substrate is dusty/porous.

Allow the primer film to set — approximately 15 minutes at 60 °F — before applying EternaBond tape.

Once dry and set, proceed to apply EternaBond tape according to its instructions on the primed surface.
